Wellness at Marquette starts with a personalized approach! When residents first move in, they complete a fitness evaluation to help guide their wellness journey.
Hannah, our Athletic Center Manager, explains that this evaluation establishes a baseline so staff can create a personalized wellness plan tailored to each resident’s abilities and goals.
The evaluation assesses muscular strength and endurance, aerobic capacity, flexibility, and balance—all important components of staying active and maintaining independence as we age! 💙💛
