More than 15 years ago, Shiel Sexton helped deliver a major expansion at Marquette Senior Living. This week, we gathered alongside residents and project partners to break ground on the community's next chapter.
The first phase of the project, The Commons, will create a new gathering place for recreation, wellness, and community connection. The expansion will also introduce Terraces II, a four-story independent living residence featuring 69 apartments, underground parking, and a waterfront dining venue, along with The Flats, 25 villa-style residences that combine the privacy of cottage living with the convenience of apartment-style amenities.
